One can authenticate documents at the Embassy by:

A) Documents from Ghana

1. Acquire the needed document from Ghana
2. Submit the acquired document to the High Court in Ghana for Certification
3. Submit the certified document together with your passport Bio-data page to the Embassy for Authentication

B) Documents Acquired in Ghana

1. Acquire the needed document from China (eg Certificate)
2. Submit the document to your local Chinese Authorities for translation and notarization
3. Submit the certified document together with your passport Bio-data page to the Embassy for Authentication

Note:

1. Documents authentication may take between 1 - 3 days
2. Cost of Authentication is RMB 300.00
3. Student certificates acquired in China are authenticated free of charge
